Remarks:
With two removable tray(pallets), each one can put 40 blanks, so totally 80PCS, when the one tray finished the 40pcs, then work on the second tray, the workers can go to change the finished parts or tray. If directly change the tray, we can install a rotary&turning device on the first CNC lathe, which make the finished products turning around before putting in, when the tray is full, can directly move the tray to the second CNC lathe for machining the rest processes.
