7) The technique remarks:
7.1) the program will set up the tools life-time management (customer pre-set up the q’ty of the machining products, when reach it, automatically warning, for reducing the products scraps and the tools damage.)
7.2) build up the blowing-air device on the chuck
7.3) with the spindle positioning
7.4) with the tray positioning
8) During the designing of the fixture, soft jaws should keep away from the tools, so we choose the CNC lathes with T-slot blade row for reducing the machining cycle time.
( optional: can choose the V-8 servo turret if the customer request)

3.1) before the delivery, inviting customer or the third party for the on-site inspection, carrying out the test and try-run for the CNC lathe and gantry loader face to face.
3.2) providing the free-charge training in our factory
3.3) after delivery, according to the problem feedback from customer by telephone or video, make the reaction and provide the feasible solution within 24H.
3.4) In maintenance guarantee period (one year), if the damage is not caused by operators, we offer free components and feasible solution, beyond the period, we offer relevant services with paid components.
